Team Check-In + GOLD Fest
Important Check-In Information
Coaches or Staff that will be in dugouts or on the field:
- Background check
- SafeSport
- 1 coach must be ACE Trained
18U players who also have minors on their team also need to complete SafeSport
Team Needs:
- Individual or team USA Registration
- Tournament Entry Form signed by commissioner (from association)
- Championship Roster signed by commissioner (from association)
- Pick up player form if bringing a pick up player
- If they qualified, qualifying paperwork (from association)
Bring to check-in:
- Bats needing to be tested
- All players and coaches MUST check-in with a valid ID or qualifying document that has a picture and shows their name (school ID, birth certificate with picture attached, etc.)
- Headshots will be taken on site for Video Board slides- please wear a team jersey or practice shirt for pictures
