Council Members can download the Procedural Code Change Form, Playing Rule Change Form and the Proxy Request Form below. Only Council Members can submit these forms. For any questions, please contact membership@usasoftball.com.
Proxy Request Form – If you need a proxy for the Annual Council Meeting, the request must be received by the National Office no later than Friday, October 17, 2026.

Parking information
If you are driving your own vehicle, there is parking available at the Convention Center Parking Structure located at 15 SW 4th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73109 for $10/day. There is another parking lot on the south side of the Convention Center at S Robinson Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73109 for the same rate. Valet is not included with the stay at the Omni.
Airport Transportation
Arriving: Ground transportation (vans with USA Softball signs) is provided for those arriving at the OKC airport with drop off at the Omni hotel. Look for the USA Softball representative in the baggage claim area. Vans will be parked near delta sign outside of baggage claim if they can’t find our representative inside.
Thursday, October 29 – 9:30 am – 8:00 pm
Friday, October 30 – 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday, October 31 – 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Departing: For those departing on Wednesday, November 4, ground transportation (Village charter bus) will be provided and make repeated trips in between Omni and convention center from 4:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Transportation outside of these scheduled times will be on your own to arrange.

The annual National Softball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 31 from 6 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and will honor a group of six individuals and one team inductee, including Monica Abbott (Fast Pitch), Doug Middleton (Fast Pitch), Ralph Weekly (Manager/Coach), Dewayne Frizzel (Slow Pitch), Dewayne Nevitt (Slow Pitch), Les Novak (Umpire), and The Raybestos Brakettes (Team).

The USA Softball Annual Trade Show is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 2 from 6-8 p.m. at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
There are many opportunities for sponsorships for this year’s trade show and for the annual meeting as a whole. Sponsorships at the USA Softball Annual Meeting allow you to connect with our key decision makers, including Commissioners and JO Commissioners from USA Softball local associations across the U.S. If you are a city wanting to host a National Championship, or any other event within USA Softball, this is your chance to present your product or city to your target market. Official trade show and conference sponsor will be recognized through national office communication, website postings, social media and onsite signage.
