OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (October 30, 2024) – USA Softball, the National Governing Body of Softball in the United States, wrapped up its 93rd Annual Council Meeting today after five days of meetings and forums discussing the state of the sport and its hope for future growth. Over the course of the last week, USA Softball evaluated proposed code and rule changes for all divisions of USA Softball, announced 2026 National Championship locations and appointed Regional Vice-Presidents to the Board of Directors (BOD). Also highlighting the week was the 43rd Annual National Softball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, the announcement of the 2025 Hall of Fame Class and the Wilson Awards Luncheon.
