OKLAHOMA CITY – Announced today, the U.S. Women’s National Team (WNT) will face off against the Oklahoma City Spark in a pair of exhibition games slated for June 29-30 at the Softball Capital of the World®. This will be a historic moment in pro sports, bringing together the top athletes in the country to compete on the same stage at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex.
Leading up to the event, select athletes from across the country will showcase their skills at the U.S. Women’s National Team Selection Camp in Oklahoma City beginning June 26 and will cap the week-long training camp with two highly anticipated matchups against the OKC Spark. Recently announced by USA Softball, head coach Heather Tarr will lead the U.S. in the exhibition games alongside assistant coaches Tim Walton, Kyla Holas and Jimmy Kolatis in preparation for the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) Women’s World Cup Finals.
The OKC Spark looks to announce its full 2024 schedule tomorrow, Tuesday, March 5 which will include games scheduled to take place at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex.
