Council Members can download the Procedural Code Change Form, Playing Rule Change Form and the Proxy Request Form below. Only Council Members can submit these forms. For any questions, please contact membership@usasoftball.com.
Proxy Request Form – If you need a proxy for the Annual Council Meeting, the request must be received by the National Office no later than Friday, October 20, 2023.

TRANSPORTATION
For assistance booking flights for the 2023 Annual Council Meeting, please contact Journey House. Travel arrangements must be done by Friday, Oct. 6.
Ground transportation will be provided from the Oklahoma City airport to the Omni Hotel from 9:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27 and 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28. Look for the USA Softball representative in the baggage claim area.
For those departing on Nov. 1, ground transportation will be provided from the Omni Hotel to the Oklahoma City airport from 4 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
For transportation outside these scheduled times, arrangements must be made on your own.

USA Softball Board Meetings
The annual National Softball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 28 from 6 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and will honor a group of nine inductees including meritorious leaders Doug Lindaman and Jim Craig; standout umpire Joe Massaro; coaching legend John Stratton; Olympian Valerie Arioto; slow pitch greats Sue (Corcoran Bupp) Ilyes, Monty Tucker and Ray Fleetwood; and the Sikorsky Aircraft softball team.

The USA Softball Annual Trade Show is scheduled for Monday, October 30 from 6-8 p.m. at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
There are many opportunities for sponsorships for this year’s trade show and for the annual meeting as a whole.
