Collegiate coaching Highlights (2015–Current)
- In his first season as head coach, Baldwin led the Bulldogs to the programs 20th-consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance, while holding a 43-18 record.
- During the 2022 season, the Bulldogs broke the program record for single-season home runs (107), placing them third in SEC single-season history. The team ranked among the top 10 nationally in scoring, home runs per game, slugging and on base percentage.

Playing experience
- Baldwin was a four-year starter at catcher for Butler University, where he served as team caption and earned All-MCC honors, along with being a member of the 1990’s All-Decade Team.
