OKLAHOMA CITY (May 29, 2024) — Eleven current members of the U.S. Women’s National Team (WNT) program as well as assistant coach Tim Walton will take the field this week at the 2024 NCAA Women’s College World Series (WCWS) set to take place May 30 – June 6 at the Softball Capital of the World® in Oklahoma City. Two athletes from the previously announced U.S. WNT World Cup Finals roster will represent Team USA on the OG&E Energy Field, while nine members of the U.S. Women’s Elite Team — set to compete in the 2024 Japan All-Star Series — will be contending for the national championship title.





Representing five collegiate programs and three athletic conferences, the U.S. athletes participating in the 2024 WCWS include:
- Florida: Jocelyn Erickson, Skylar Wallace and Tim Walton (WNT Assistant Coach)
- Oklahoma: Tiare Jennings (WNT), Jayda Coleman, Kinzie Hansen and Kelly Maxwell
- Oklahoma State: Lexi Kilfoyl
- Stanford: NiJaree Canady and Taryn Kern
- UCLA: Maya Brady (WNT) and Megan Grant
Brady and Grant will kick off the WCWS action tomorrow as UCLA takes on Alabama in the opening matchup followed by Jennings, Coleman, Hansen and Maxwell taking the field with Oklahoma at 2:30 p.m. CT. Stanford’s Canady and Kern will face off against Texas at 7 p.m. while Kilfoyl (Oklahoma State), Erickson (Florida) and Wallace (Florida) will battle it out in the night cap at 9:30 p.m. CT.

Following the conclusion of the WCWS, Brady and Jennings will represent the Red, White and Blue at the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) World Cup Finals in Castions de Strada, Italy, while the nine remaining athletes will join the U.S. Women’s Elite Team in the 2024 Japan All-Star Series.
