Tennessee – Kiki Milloy
Climbing out of the loser’s bracket, the No. 4 Tennessee Lady Volunteers’ WCWS campaign came to a close in the semifinals, falling to No. 3 Florida State, 5-1. Kiki Milloy made four appearances at the plate on Monday evening while covering ground on the defensive side of play with four putouts. Milloy concludes her senior year as a Lady Vol with a .416 batting average, leading all Division I players with 25 home runs on the season – a single-season record at the University of Tennessee – while carrying a career total 56 home runs.
Milloy – along with Alabama’s Montana Fouts, Oklahoma State’s Kelly Maxwell and Washington’s Baylee Klingler and Head Coach Heather Tarr – ends the 2023 NCAA Softball season after competing in Oklahoma City while looking ahead to rep the Red, White and Blue at the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) World Cup Group A event in Fingal-Dublin, Ireland held July 11-15.
