USA Softball caps annual Softball Week celebration

OKLAHOMA CITY – USA Softball capped its annual Softball Week celebration yesterday, June 19, after highlighting the sport with themed days featuring the Softball Capital of the World® and those involved across all levels of the game. The week kicked off with World Softball Day on Tuesday, June 13 followed by days spotlighting the sport’s history, Team USA, fans, teammates, coaches and umpires – while also honoring the 90th anniversary of USA Softball. 

The week-long celebration took place from Tuesday, June 13 through Monday, June 19. From the National Office in Oklahoma City to all our local associations across the country, fans from coast to coast took part in celebrating Softball Week by sharing favorite photos and memories related to each day’s theme.
