OKLAHOMA CITY – The 2025 USA Softball Annual Council Meeting wrapped up the final day at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, highlighted by council members officially naming Tim Doby President-Elect of USA Softball.
The day started off with legislative and playing rule committee meetings, reviewing, discussing and recommending updates to ensure USA Softball’s rules and policies continue to support the growth and integrity of the game.




The Wilson Awards Luncheon celebrated the outstanding contributions, achievements and dedication of council members from across the country. The luncheon honored those who exemplify the spirit of the game, both on and off the field.
Awards at the luncheon included the James Farrell Awards of Excellence, Complex of the Year, Years of Service awards and registration awards.
The day finished with the closing session for general council where all members met one last time, including voting for President-Elect, Tim Doby.



Chief Operating Office Craig Cress, current president Dave Devine and incoming president Dan Pfeffer addressed the group with excitement for the years to come as council came to a close.
