Was a people person who would do anything to help people out. Served as Northern California ASA commissioner 1951-1971 and later as regional vice-president, 1956 and 1960. Also a member of the San Mateo Sports Hall of Fame. Worked for the Redwood City Parks and Recreation Department from 1937-1971 as its first recreation director. Born in 1907 and passed away in 1971 at age 64.
