TRANSPORTATION
For assistance booking flights for the 2025 Annual Council Meeting, please contact Journey House. Travel arrangements must be done by Friday, Oct. 3.
Ground transportation will be provided from the Oklahoma City airport to the Omni Hotel from 9:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24 and 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25. Look for the USA Softball representative in the baggage claim area.
For those departing on Oct. 29, ground transportation will be provided from the Omni Hotel to the Oklahoma City airport from 4 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
For transportation outside these scheduled times, arrangements must be made on your own.

USA Softball Board Meetings
The annual National Softball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 25 from 6 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and will honor a group of seven inductees including Women’s National Team Member and Olympian Kelly Kretschman; slow pitch greats Charlotte Cates, Hank Garris, and Jason Kendrick; fast pitch standout Chris Miljavic; longtime Umpire and USA Softball Commissioner Christina Drumm; and John Miller for his meritorious service to USA Softball.
When: Oct. 25, 2025 | 6-9:30 p.m. CT
Where: Oklahoma City Convention Center
The USA Softball Annual Trade Show is scheduled for Monday, October 27 from 6-8 p.m. at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
There are many opportunities for sponsorships for this year’s trade show and for the annual meeting as a whole. Sponsorships at the USA Softball Annual Meeting allow you to connect with our key decision makers, including Commissioners and JO Commissioners from USA Softball local associations across the U.S. If you are a city wanting to host a National Championship, or any other event within USA Softball, this is your chance to present your product or city to your target market.
