I’m from the Friendship State. I am proud to be a Texan. I’m a computer nerd and love to be on my laptop. I am usually texting non-stop throughout the day. I’m not a movie buff although I know almost everything about Harry Potter. I like Johnny Depp and the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Sports movies, action movies and comedies all grace my shelves. I hate scary movies, haunted houses, or anything of the sort. My birthday is April 16, 1983. I love food, cooking and anything that will fulfill my sweet tooth. I will try almost anything. I want to skydive and bungee jump one day. I recently donated 10 inches of my hair to Locks of Love. I am the oldest of three children and the only girl. My parents are Gary and Laura Osterman. I have two brothers, Craig and Chris. I LOVE purple, my room is decorated in purple. Working out and running are a major part of my daily routine. Site seeing is fun and I aspire to see the world once I have time. Mexican food is my favorite, especially the Stuffed Avocado from Trudy’s in Austin! I love my new home in Chicago. Decorating it has become a hobby. I can’t live without stuffed animals. I used to own close to 100. I want to be more fluent in Spanish. I have to start every morning off with coffee. No coffee is better than Pete’s. I DVR the Hills and Reaper every week. I love the BRAVO shows like Project Runway and Top Chef. I recently took up Tae Kwon Do. One day I want to run my own charity organization, preferably in Austin.

Since 2004
Since 2004 I went back to school at the University of Texas in Austin after taking a year off to compete at the Olympic Games. My team and I competed in two more Women’s College World Series, and I had the best times of my life there. I graduated with a degree in psychology in May of 2007. Graduation was the most fulfilling moment in my life and I am proud to say I finished my education. I played in the National Pro Fastpitch League with the Rockford Thunder. We finished runner up in the championships. I have moved to Chicago to be an assistant coach at DePaul University. I bought a condo in Chicago and have had a great time fixing it up.
