• In 8,973 innings of work, he fanned 10,689 batters, hurled 527 shutouts, with 62 no-hitters and 15 perfect games.

• Coached youth teams and all-star youth in both baseball and softball from 1993 until 1998
• Founded and coached the Sacramento Rush, an 18-under girl’s fastpitch Gold team
A 1976 graduate of Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, D’Arcy was a prosecutor for 28 years with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s office. In 2004, he was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger as Chief Assistant Inspector General to the State of California. In 2005, he handled the litigation in defense of the state and governor’s office for the prison system. D’Arcy’ and his wife Nita of 28 years have two children; Mary Jane, 23, who works as an analyst for Advanced Workplace Strategies Inc. and Chase, 21, who is a senior at Emdry-Riddle Aeronautical University, at Prescott, Arizona. Currently, D’Arcy is Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer for Advanced Workplace Strategies, Inc. (AWSI).
